At Anne Marie's Restaurant, chef David Gates oversees an ever-changing menu designed to satisfy appetites and make use of the freshest possible ingredients. His kitchen turns out new specialties every day, with popular entrees including blackened chicken salad, a spinach, mushroom, and brie quiche, and fiery ancho-smoked beef medallions with roasted jalapeño cream. Although the restaurant only recently reopened, its food has a storied reputation; the team also runs Anne Marie's Catering, which rank at the top of S.A. Business Journal's list of caterers and boasting three years' worth of top honors from The Knot.
