9 months later and the moss is GONE. I have a large house with a very steep roof (like the one illustrated in this ad). I was a bit worried that when Ryan got here, he would say that he couldn't safely climb to the peak to do the job properly. He climbed it like Spider Man, and did a fine job, there was no mess, and explained that it would take some time to completely kill the moss, but that it would eventually die and disappear - which it did over the last summer season. Ryan worked around my wife’s schedule being she works from home and came Sat afternoon. He showed what he uses and how it works (on the moss melt)? . He was quick, detailed and thorough. I noticed a difference already on roof , he will be back in 3-4 weeks to follow up . I would highly recommend him to anyone on his services !!!!

To be honest I was a little peeved because he was runnng late. (longer than expexted dental). But the reality is once here they went far above and beyond the purchased services. Doing extra pest control, advice on products to use ourselves, and a nice job on our roof and the moss removal. Now that I've got Ant and Garden Pest control in my phone, I'm pretty sure we'll be using them again.

Purchased ant control service with extended warranty at additional expense. Ryan came out twice to treat for ants. Both times the ants were not gone. Called him a 3rd time to retreat. Response to texts, emails and phone voicemail slow. He did not come out to retreat nor did he refund the purchase price as advertised as a no pest warranty. Beware!
