1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

At Antojitos Café, customers feast on authentic Colombian-cuisine classics. Whether it's bandeja paisa, empanadas, home-made arepa (corncake), Colombian bakery, or 100% Colombian coffee, they relish freshly prepared dishes made from such ingredients as Spanish rice, red or green peppers, corn, onions, beef, pork, chicken, and Colombian sausages.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We are a small family owned and ran business. What inspired us was to sell good food, to teach people about our wonderful culture through our delicious home-made food.

3. What do you love most about your job?

We love to hear from our new or returning customers how delicious our food is. Most people do not know the difference between foods from Latin America, we all have different dishes and that is the beauty within the diversity found in South America.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction from a customer was when they walked in not knowing what Colombian food was all about. They allowed us to explain some dished and what they’re made from. They left with an arepa rellena (stuffed corn-cake), a Colombiana Postobon (Kola Soda). They are now happy returning customers and always satisfied.
