During this two-hour class, students learn the ins and outs of crafting homemade pizza under the tutelage of professional pizza chefs. Students learn to knead and stretch a thin crust, then adorn it with sauce, cheese, and toppings in the proper ratios. After baking all samples in the wood-burning brick oven, students undergo the real test by sampling their creations, with some extra credit awarded to noteworthy pies.
