During TRX-Training classes, students sculpt fitter physiques by enduring an always-changing circuit of TRX wall units, kettlebells, battling ropes, and toys. Barre-Pilates Core classes use elements of Pilates, ballet, and resistance training to yield better precision, strength, and flexibility during a 30- to 45-minute workout.
AOK! Fitness's expert trainers and instructors keep clients engaged and active with their signature slate of unlimited group fitness classes. Within the expansive 8,400-square-foot gym, guests find everything they need for a well-rounded workout, from nationally recognized programs such as Zumba, Insanity, and Ab Lab to the gym's own schedule of unique classes. An extensive TRX suspension training program blends core-strengthening resistance workouts with the benefits of yoga and cross-training, and an indoor cycling gym helps clients spin their way to peak form atop one of 20 state-of-the-art stationary bikes.
In addition to providing the workouts that made them a success, the trainers at AOK! Fitness also have their eyes on the future. They've upgraded their Ultimate 36 Auto-Fit program to include Barre-Pilates Core, and continue to oversee a running program that takes newcomers on a journey from "Couch to 5K" and engages experienced runners with group meetups throughout the year. They've also got one more expansion in the works: a 1,200-square-foot studio with a 20-foot ceiling that will give AOK! Fitness room to further expand their Barre program, incorporate additional types of yoga, and increase their TRX Yoga Flow offerings.
