I would give zero stars if the site allowed it. False advertising and misleading information. They rescheduled several times. I paid for five man hours of work but was told that it was actually just 2 hours with two people cleaning and the fifth hour was for a supervisor to oversee everything. I was very clear about what I wanted and what rooms I wanted cleaned, they finally showed up but didn't clean the rooms I asked them to and the rooms they did clean, not the ones I wanted cleaned, were not really cleaned, just straightened and swept. The owner is rude and pushy. I spoke to her several times over the phone about what they did wrong and she kept promising to fix it and then not following through. I fell like I was cheated and the money I paid for this groupon was stolen from me because I did not get the services I paid for.
