Hi, Allison, I am so sorry to hear about your past experience with April Showers Cleaning Service LLC. That is not the impression that we wanted to make. According to our records we “over cleaned” areas in your home and, more areas than agreed upon in your Groupon rate. You Groupon was for 5 man hours (which included One technician, and one supervisor who also performs cleaning , Two people - spending 2hrs and, a half equating to 5 man hours). Areas agreed upon during the walkthrough were kitchen, hallway bathroom, living room, dining area and, hallway area. However, we acknowledge all rooms were cleaned (including two bedrooms) except one bathroom (The master bathroom) and, the room your husband was in while cleaning was being performed. There was confusion during the walkthrough. The master bathroom was never shown and was not communicated as the bathroom that you desired to have cleaned. The main bathroom in the hallway was shown during the walkthrough, which had some preexisting stains in the sink drain, grout between tile and, floors that we expressed may not come out while cleaning was performed, signed by Ms. Allison. Areas cleaned: kitchen, living room, dining room area, and two bedroom rooms (including the master bedroom, consisted of a general clean, which had sawdust on all of your future in the master bedroom such as the desk, night stands and tv stand, from previous Construction done by the contractor you hired). We took the time to do some extra cleaning and organizing to help make your room look nice upon you arriving from work at No charge to you. Once cleaning was completed your husband complimented us and, said we did a Great Job! I, Tamara Wright asked him to please look around and, see if there was anything he saw before we were leaving that needed to be corrected and, he said No. He (your husband) expressed that your work (Allison) has you stressed out by the end of the day and, you are not in the best mood after work. For that reason, we (technician and supervisor) wanted to make sure your home looked and smelled nice upon your arrival. Our records indicate once acknowledging our mistake with the confusion of the second “master” bathroom (Not shown during the residentail walkthrough) you refused to take our call for rescheduling to make it right! We did so in less than 24 hours after your first cleaning. We would love to try and help you if given the opportunity to.
