Cut and color were perfect. exactly what I wanted.
the security in the building is top-notch. service was excellant. if you don't speak spanish,at all, you may encounter some communication issues. between my little bit of Spanish and her English, I had no problem with conveying my wants. i will definitely return and happily recommend her to anyone. The language of beauty is universal.

-The stylist was half an hour late to my appointment
-The stylist paid little to no attention to my hair while I was there for 5 hours.
-She charged me an extra $110 for "additional fees", how can additional fees be more than the groupon voucher itself?
-She provided color but provided ZERO styling before me leaving. The voucher was for highlights AND styling, so only half of the promised service was actually delivered.
I would not recommend this place.
