The season pass extends over three consecutive months and gets you unlimited rentals during which you can cultivate a rapport with the water. Today's deal also gets you 15% off a purchase of paddle and life jacket from Aqua's retail store and 25% off all lessons you schedule when you redeem your Groupon.

With limitless rentals at one's disposal, rookies can earn their sea arms and experienced paddlers can get out of their comfort zones. Aqua rents out dozens of boat models, including sit-on-top kayaks, recreational kayaks, ocean-going kayaks, surf kayaks, whitewater kayaks, and the not-much-fun land kayaks. From there, you'll be free to propel yourself out to picturesque locales such as the Baja sea caves and the Todos Santos Islands.

Practicing your paddling alone or with a friend is a wonderful way to hone one's skills and clear the mind, but if you find you're leaving a lot of sinking cruise ships in your wake, you might want to spring for lessons from Aqua's professional aquanauts. All instructors are certified by the American Canoe Association and the British Canoe Union.
