This was my first visit, and I had a great experience with Alex at Refreshing. She is an excellent professional, very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process.
I had two vials of Sculptra for the face, and everything was done with total professionalism. I felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.
I will definitely be back, my next appointment is already scheduled!

I use Groupon deals for cost effective treatments and sometimes you find a gem. This one was one, Alex was great, she started at a low frequency and tested my skin until she reached the optimal level for my tattoo to laser but not burn me. Very very professional, cautious and comfortable. Now tattoo removal is by no means relaxing, it hurts, but this was not my first rodeo so I knew what to expect. Alex was great!!! The whole clinic was great to be honest, I got stuck at a prior appointment in west palm and called to see if there were any later appointments as I didnt want to be late, the girls were great, then I got stuck at every traffic light and bridge opening on my way, horrendous morning, but as soon as I arrived the whole team were just fantastic. I also love how they do all the waiver garbage online and dont waste a tonne of paper filling out all the sign your life away waivers stuff, well done for the planet! Overall a great experience, no heavy sales to book a block of treatments which I loved and for that reason I will check out their prices to continue and if cost effective I’ll definitely go back and recommend.
