Q:

Hi, I looked at the schedule online but it shows the hours of which the classes could take place. Is there are more specific schedule? Will they have class the at same time each day for the 2 week session? Thank you for you time!

Debra D.  asked on  Jun 15, 2013

A:

The lessons are 30 minutes in duration and start on the 15 and 45, beginning at 9:15 and concluding at 6:15. Your child must take class at the same time each day.

Q:

A few questions: Does this have to be 10 consecutive days? Also, can we begin the 2 week period in July? Am I understanding correctly that the latest time slot avail is 6:15 pm? Any registration costs additional?

D A.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

No, the 10 days are not consecutive because of the weekend break. However, they are M-F for two weeks and that cannot be altered. The mini sessions start every two weeks - 6/24, 7/8, and 7/22 are our upcoming sessions and start on the 15 and 45, beginning at 9:15 and concluding at 6:15. There are no additional registration fees.

Q:

I have 10 year old twins. They both know how to swim, but I'd love for them to improve their strokes skills. If I'm reading the fine print correctly, I can only purchase one deal and then would have to pay full price for my second child. Am I understanding this correctly?

Susan E.  asked on  Jun 14, 2013

A:

That is correct! There would only be one Groupon allowed per family, so your second child would be extra.

Q:

Do you have classes for infants, my grandson is 8 mos.

Janet R.  asked on  Jun 13, 2013

A:

Unfortunately we don't offer our AquaBaby class during our mini sessions (every day classes can sometimes be a little too much for an infant). We do offer this class in our weekly classes, where he would come the same day and time each week. The cost of this class is $74 a month, and is small group with no more than 4 in a class.

Q:

My oldest daughter has been taking lessons there for 2 years now (and LOVES it), but I was wondering if my younger daughter can use this deal? Or is it for new customers/families only? Also do we have to start June 24th or can it be at any time after that, just before summer ends? One last thing, do the times of the classes taken have to be the same time everyday for the 2 weeks? Or could each day be at a different time?

Brittany P.  asked on  Jun 13, 2013

A:

We're so happy that you're happy! You don't have to be a new customer to take advantage of this super deal. Our mini sessions start every two weeks - 6/24, 7/8, and 7/22 are our upcoming sessions. The classes do need to be at a set time for the entire mini session. This ensures consistency with the same coach.

Q:

The schedule on their website is confusing - are they offering every level of group lesson on the half hour? And is this "camp" just for Group Lessons or does it include Youth Squads and Private Lessons? Do they offer every class on the half hour? Is a class just a half hour long? I was thinking this is a "camp" but it's an offer of 10 swim lessons during a 2 week period of time? Is that accurate?

Kathy D.  asked on  Jun 12, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, you are correct the offer is for a two week, every day group of lessons. The lessons are 30 minutes in duration and start on the 15 and 45, beginning at 9:15 and concluding at 6:15. The levels offered at Aqua Toddler through Aqua Pro.

Q:

Is this for a lesson or two or is it a camp? A camp typically starts at 9am and extends to 2 or 3pm. What are the hours for this camp and what do the children do during the day? The schedule provided is for swim classes and it doesn't reflect a camp agenda.

Kathy D.  asked on  Jun 12, 2013

A:

This offer is for 10 swim lessons. You can view the schedule here.
