Q:

I need a makeover and am looking for recommendations. I'm not sure if I need full color or just highlights. If I bought the more expensive Groupon could I get either / or based on the stylists recommendations?

Christine W.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Yes, with the purchase of "One haircut with style, color glaze, and full color" we can honor the partial highlight service in exchange for the full color. There are no refunds for the difference in Groupon costs.

Q:

does full color on mean highlights? does patial highlights mean low lights as well? if you get the first option can you exchange the hair cut for additional hai treatment

laura z.  asked on  Apr 17, 2013

A:

Full Color is NOT a highlight service. A Full Color application is considered a single color touchup with 2oz. of color. Each additional ounce of color is an extra $10 if needed. A partial "highlight" foil service is 11-30 foil using a single color formula for application. Any additional color formula within the 11-30 foils for low lighting is an additional $15. We are unable to make any exchanges in services.
