What You'll Get
The human body, unlike raisins, white wine, and the wit of Oscar Wilde, isn't meant to be dry. Tone bodies while pruning skin with today's Groupon: for $45, you get one month of unlimited open swim, circuit gym access, and adult fitness and yoga classes at Aqua~Fit in Plano (a $100 value). An enrollment fee of $35 will be waived for all Groupon customers.
Aqua~Fit floats students toward healthier shapes with a flexible schedule of fitness classes and open-swim sessions held in a salt water and mineral pool. During morning, afternoon, and evening open hours, freeform paddlers explore fluid motion in an indoor facility heated between 86 and 88 degrees to scare off cold-blooded penguins. Inside a landlocked circuit gym, patrons can traverse treadmills, ellipticals, or stationary bicycles, then work their abs on the roman chair or juggle with free weights. Encouraging instructors lead a cornucopia of aquatic workouts, including moderate cardio routines during the Morning Revival session or the Aquatic Arthritis class, which employs gentle movements to improve core stability and relieve joint pain. Students stretch, bend, and twist in the Gentle Yoga classes, which combine restorative poses with breath work to tone beginners, those recovering from injuries, or students who want to turn off ceiling fans without leaving their bed.

To offer something for guests of all ages, she designed an entire program of swimming lessons, aquatic fitness , and land fitness classes, with programs for all skill levels.
