- Not valid with voucher promo codes. Valid for new members only. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Call the Aquarium prior to their visit or check our website for live availability. Check ticket availability. Customers can also check availability via phone Monday to Friday (415) 623-5326; Weekends – (415) 623-5300. Walk-ups and vouchers with NO RESERVATIONS are based on availability and may be put on a waitlist with no guaranteed entrance. Currently, limited capacity and 15-minute time slots. Weekdays highly recommended due to more availability compared to weekends.
