Q:

how many people in a class? is there any one-on-one training if the class is large? is one-on-one even necessary?

Kimberly S.  asked on  Jul 1, 2013

A:

It depends on the location... sometimes 20 sometimes 60. :) There is no one-on-one training regardless of class size. You would need to do personal training with me if that is what you wanted. :)

Q:

If I bought one for myself and a friend bought one for me as a gift, would I be able to use both groupons for 2 different months? Thanks, Donna R.

Donna H.  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

Sorry, you would only be able to use one Groupon.

Q:

I paid for the aquatic boot camp and received an email that in Rockwall only phase 2 is available - which is too intense for me. Can I get a refund?

kathy w.  asked on  Jun 28, 2013

A:

It states on the groupon deal that phase 1 is only offered at the Addison and Southlake locations. So you will need to just ask Groupon for a refund. Are you sure it is too intense? Why don't you do a drop in class and find out.

Q:

On what schedule do you offer these 12 sessions? Is these a website where I can see them?

Gabriela O.  asked on  Jun 27, 2013

A:

You need to visit the boot camp website. There is a link to it in the groupon deal or you can visit http://aquaticbootcamp.com. Just email to register once you figure out what you would like.

Q:

I'm wondering if this class is suitable for a 12 yr old boy? My son is 5'9" (ok, a tall 12 yr old!) and needs to get healthier.

Jennifer O.  asked on  Jun 27, 2013

A:

We accept 14 and up since this is an adult fitness boot camp program. Some of the things we do would not be suitable for someone under the age of 14. Thanks!
