    Very convenient and shuttle service was perfect. Had a slight issue checking in but other than that went well.

    Most affordable in the airport vicinity but you get what you pay for. Pickup in the morning can take anywhere between 10-30 minutes. Driver tossed and damaged my bag - gate agent said a manager would reach out but never did. Purchased the three day pass but they consider Friday afternoon (4pm) to Monday morning (1 am) to be four days and charged for an additional day despite it being 51 hours.

    Leaving for our trip was quick&easy, our experience on the way home was the complete opposite. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, despite multiple calls. Upon finally getting to our car, they tried to charge us a “late fee” because we were more than an hour late BECAUSE of their shuttle. PLUS the fine print states a 5h grace period for pickup due to travel delays. Just trying to scam their cust
