ArcAttack at DMD Fest
Special guest performer, ArcAttack combines the marvels of engineering with the beauty of music and will attempt a new world record with up to 35 foot arcs of lighting through giant singing tesla coils. Two-story-tall singing Tesla coils spout 30-foot arcs of electricity, humming with the tone and power of 2 million volts. Musicians control the flow of power to produce specific tones, while performers take to the stage for stunts and dances with the swirling energies. The group of musically inclined engineers garnered praise for their performances on America's Got Talent and showed off the science behind their act for Known Universe on the National Geographic Channel. The DMD Fest features Texas beers, food trucks, interactive art displays, handmade arts, crafts show and a packed lineup with bands like Jonathan Tyler, Sales, Ishi, Leopold and His Fiction, and more.
