Argan Mediterranean Fusion's menu items are written in English, French, and various Middle Eastern languages. The eatery's guests, however, only need to understand the language of good food to enjoy their dining experience. The cozy neighborhood space serves vegetarian dishes teeming with eggplant, fava beans, white beans, and basmati rice. Its traditional Middle Eastern dishes arrive with authentic ingredients, including egyptian greens, grape leaves, and jordanian chicken. Entrees come in the form of sautéed breasts of veal, slowly cooked lamb stew over couscous, and phyllo dough with a delicious surprise inside: fresh seafood sautéed in olive oil and spices.
