Very discounted! For a call 2 hours before pickup that the bus was broken and the lights, music, ac did not work. I accommodated by keeping my reservations since I had a speaker and lights. But the bus noise muffle the speaker and it was so hot we couldn’t even make it to the original destination, San Diego. After giving feedback- I got told I should be happy because of the price on Groupon

Hello To respond to such unfair review, With all do respect, I called Natalie to cancel the service for Natalie that night because our previous clients messed up our party bus light and stereo system but Natalie insisted that please Marti don’t cancel it doesn’t mater if you have no disco light or music because I have disco light and also music that I can bring to the bus so to respect her wishes and to be kind and make sure she has a good birthday nite I agreed to go to Natalie and she with her other 15 friends got in the bus and she had disco light and music everyone was very happy she said we want to go to San Diego halfway through they ask to stop for bathroom break I did stop after bathroom break Natalie said we don’t want to go to San Diego let’s go to Huntington beach she was so drunk that she couldn’t stand up her friends were helping her most of the time , so I turn around and took everybody to BJ’s at Huntington Beach they where at Bjs till 1:45 am after that I dropped everyone at Natalie house where I picked them up they even went over time which I did not charge her anything! She was happy everyone hugged me and thanked me for driving them and Natalie Venmo me $50 tip the next day It is not fair that she put this review I did as she asked of me and she was so pleased I don’t understand why she put this review. I picked them up at 8:30pm till almost 2am it was a clod nite everyone was very comfortable and happy! Nobody complained. I am very professional and we care for our clients safety and happiness! Please don’t let this unfair review change your mind of using our services All our sprinter and limousines are extremely clean and working in an excellent condition.
