They were very pushed with the amount of tips that you offer them. They actually force you to pay higher tips. It's kind of embarrassing to everyone

Love the atmosphere! Had 11am massage appointments & arrive early to take advantage of spa ammenities. Personnel pushed use to have massage 1st as they were going to have a busy day so we did & it all worked out ok. (Felt it was anti-spa like to push us). Massage was very good. Only real con was styrofoam cups! Paper please!!

Excellent ambiance. My wife had the facial service and I had the 30min massage. Please ask for Joy! She did such an amazing job on my massage. And Sue did an amazing 30min facial for me wife. It was an overall amazing experience..
