Q:

When purchasing a primary membership, do you give the names of the 4 family members or can it be used for any 4 members of the immediate family?

Erica E.  asked on  Oct 6, 2013

A:

This depends on whether you choose to name your family members or just select one adult member in the family as the primary contact. The other people in the immediate family would be "guest(s)", but the named person (primary contact) must always accompany the "guest(s)". Remember that only named members receive a discount for classes, workshops and birthday parties, as well as 10% off in the gift shop. Thanks!

Q:

Hi, I have a couple of questions on the $25 10 visit limited membership. Does this allow free admission for 1 person for a year? Meaning, is the membership tied to one person or can my 4 year old son and I get in 5 times (i.e. the membership is not tied to one person so we can share the 10 visits?)? Also, can you please explain what the reload option is? Thanks,

Kim B.  asked on  Oct 7, 2013

A:

Yes, 1 person can come 10 times or 2 people can come 5 times ... it's up to you. The membership is tied to a named adult (you), so you could bring your son or your son and a friend. You can use this in any combination you choose. The reload option allows you to continue the membership by purchasing another 10 visits for $50. Thanks!
