Had an appointment but still waited an hour and a half to get car looked at. Spent a total of 2 and a half hours there for an oil change and they did not do the tire rotation or balance I paid for because the lug nuts were “stuck” on three tires.
They only static balance tires, and only using cheap stick on weights...a process that virtually everyone else stopped doing over 30 years ago.
Even at that, they were completely unable to do that job correctly, placing weights on the wheels where they rubbed the brake calipers in the front. I completely lost weights on both front wheels within 1/4 mile of leaving their shop, and this was after their 2nd attempt at getting it right.
The front desk guy could only say "must be something wrong with your wheels..I don't know what else to tell you..." Had they used the clip on weights like everyone else does, this wouldn't be a problem at all...
So I ended up with what amounted to the worlds most expensive oil change, complete with oil spills all over my engine, because apparently using a funnel must have been just too much work.
Definitely not the place to go, especially if yr a woman. Tried to tell me I needed $500 in work. Took it to my mechanic right after; did not need what he said and fix was only $120, which including a brake cleaning and adjustment.
Also, older gentleman working the front desk did not wear a mask. Would not use again.
