Do not take your car here!!!
Like most people I didn't stop to read all of the reviews first. I brought my car here to get the alignment done and the tires rotated Thursday. I take it in, it looks like a normal mechanic shop in a nice area, the gentelman working the front desk tells me I shouldn't have used groupon because they take 50% off of what you pay for the ad and little companies do not make a profit. Interesting.
I leave my car and get a call about an hour later that the reason it turns to the right is because a tie rod is bent and it will be an addition 200 - 300 to repair. I let the person know that I'm trying to sell my vehicle and I am not interested in putting more money into it. I already have another vehicle purchased and am not driving the Nissan.
When I first called I had asked if it was possible to check the air in the tires because one of my front tires was low and the light was on. The person answering said no problem and I didn't think anything of it.
When I pick up my car the older gentleman in the front desk hands me a bill for 39.99 and I pay it as he said my groupon didn't go through and I need to pay for the services. This has now cost me about $80.00.
Friday morning when the light is still on for a low tire, I take it to check the air pressure and its 26 instead of 35 for the same front tire in the same spot. They never rotated the tires. They assured me they had.
This Sunday, still being worried about my car, I track down the inner and outer tie rods at Autozone on 59th and Mc Dowell and spend the $120.00 to purchase them, in case the mechanic my brother recommended couldn't find them.
Got to the other mechanic, he looked at my wheels and promised me my car would be fine once they were rotated. It was not in need of an alignment and the tires had not be rotated.
He rotated the tires and sure enough my car drives straight. I am livid. Wasted my time, my gas and paid the sitter to watch my 2 autistic kids to get scammed by these guys. Im out 150 total.
After so many bad reviews you'd think group on wouldn't let this company keep advertising. I am severely disappointed and looking into taking further action.
It was easy to make an appointment and I was told my car was going to take 2 hours when I got there. So I left, but I never received a phone call when my car was ready and I also never received a receipt upon pick up. I asked if that was all when I was rudely handed my key back and he said yes and walked away. Terrible customer service.
