The AC Tech was knowledgeable but we had a strange experience when it came to the blower motor. The blower motor was removed from the furnace and we noticed a lot of gunk/dust was in the motor. When we asked if we could clean the motor ourselves, the technician told us not to because it would cause the blower to 'run more efficiently' which could stress our compressor outside. This didn't really make a whole lot of sense to us but we complied because he's the 'expert.' We did discuss this with a family member who is an experienced AC Tech and he stated that he had never heard this advice come from anyone before.
We got some good advice but it really felt like we were being pushed to replace our existing furnace and potentially go with their services.
If you sign up for this service, make sure you call and clarify that you're on the route for that day. Had I not done this, they would not have shown up because apparently they had a phone number for someone that wasn't me.

Nice guy but was running almost 4 hours late. He didn’t have time to finish the whole job and promised he would be back the next day but never showed up.

Technician came early and was very thorough in the HVAC maintenance. He showed me several things I should do to keep the HVAC running in good condition and even cleaned the cleaned the drain for me. Will definitely keep using Arrow Service Center from now on.

I wouldn't think of using any other HVAC company than Arrow Service Center. Many of their employees have over 2 decades of service. Their customer service skills are very good and their expertise is obvious when you watch them work. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for this service.
