Q:

You said you can upgrade to the twelve for $12, is that $12 per person or $12 flat? Also, do I upgrade it upon arrival or how?

Sheri A.  asked on  Jul 5, 2013

A:

$12 flat.....$6.00 a person. Just give us a call and we can get your reservation set up for the 12 mile. There are some time constraints.

Q:

What is the weight limit of an individual in the raft? Do you have life jackets for larger builds? Are life jackets required to be worn?

Kristin W.  asked on  Jul 5, 2013

A:

Kristen- we don't have a weight limit for our rafts and our life jackets are just standard sized. Life jackets are required for children 12 and under but not for adults unless they feel they need it. They must take one on the trip for emergency purposes only but it could be placed in the bottom of the boat.

Q:

I was trying to figure out it says float trip for two but then in the fine trip it says one coupon for 4 people. How does it work?

Nichole S.  asked on  Jul 5, 2013

A:

Nichole- The reason it says that is that we have a 4 person minimum in a raft. The groupon would cover 2 of the four, but you may only use one groupon for every four guests.

Q:

We have six people to go in one raft, can we use 3 coupons?

Christine M.  asked on  Jul 5, 2013

A:

No ma'am. You may use one groupon for every 4 guests. The groupon will cover two of you and the others will need to pay $23 each. If you have eight in your part you could use two!

Q:

I see that the groupon is for a float trip for 2 but then in the fine print it says 1 groupon for 4. Just wanted to make sure if I bought this it would cover both my husband and myself and our two kids. Thanks

Nichole S.  asked on  Jul 4, 2013

A:

Nichole- The groupon would cover you and your husband but your kiddos would need to pay $23 each. Give us a call and maybe we could explain it better. :)

Q:

180596716. 180596077 I only needed one groupon for the target card but neither went through

Erika w.  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

Erika-I think this is a question for groupon and not for Arrowhead because I'm not sure about your question. Sorry!

Q:

Hi, What is the youngest that ride in the raft? I have an 8 year old little girl, but she is very small, wasn't sure if there is a height/weight/age restriction? Also, do you provide life jackets or do we need to bring some? Thanks!

Melissa  asked on  Jul 1, 2013

A:

The youngest we will float is a two year old so your 8 year old will be fine. We do provide our guests with an life jacket but if you have one you use that is coast guard approved then you could bring that as well.

Q:

Is there anyway this could be used on a 12 mile trip if I purchased two???

Emily d.  asked on  Jul 1, 2013

A:

Emily, we can upgrade the groupon for an additional $12. Your other 2 guests would pay $29 instead of $23.

Q:

There are only two of us, so we can't use this groupon? Right?

Barbara  asked on  Jun 29, 2013

A:

You can as long as you bring 2 paying guests with you!! But no ma'am, not just for two!
