Q:

It says that children 1 year old get in free. Does that mean under 2 or under 1 year of age?

anne m.  asked on  Jun 26, 2013

A:

It was a misquote. It is supposed to say infants under one. This only is for "open studio". Special classes and messy madness, all infants are required to be paid for. Thank you.

Q:

What is the August schedule - it isn't on the website and makes it hard to plan an August trip from out of town!

Susanne L.  asked on  Jun 26, 2013

A:

Well we cannot make the august schedule that far ahead since we do not know if people will be booking birthday parties. We put the next months calendar up mid month. Our business hours are 10-5 fri/sat and 10-3 on sun. So it is safe to assume those will be the hours. But I cannot fortell the future of peoples birthday parties. You can call or email closer to the date.

Q:

With the 3 voucher offer, will I have to use a voucher for myself as the mom? Or am I paying admission for my children only?

Jill W.  asked on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

Parents only pay if they decide to make their own art projects. There is no charge for parents who supervise or siblings that are not partaking in open studio.

anne m.  asked on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

No! Not at all. We have things for all ages and abilities. Open Studio is for kids 1-18

Q:

The membership option says for 3 named children and one guest. What about parents? Can we count as one of the three children. I see moms pay if they want to participate if you do a daily rate.

Gretchen K.  asked on  Jun 25, 2013

A:

Yes you can list yourself on the membership if you decide you want to do your own art projects (not just supervise/help with your childrens).
