The nail tecfh is sweet and always runs on time, however, since she is a 1- person operation and she only works part-time it is very difficult to get in for an appointment as it took me several weeks to use the Groupon certificate I purchased. Once you are in and on schedule you have a much better chance of setting up future appointments.

My manicures were sloppy, I had to peel off the excess gel around my cuticles when I got home after each manicure. Didn't even get hand lotion one of the times. I wouldn't go back.

Great groupon deal! Tracey is by far very professional and easy to talk too. She does great work and keeps her nail station clean and organized. The OPI GEL she uses is the best I've had- lasts 2+ weeks no matter what you do! She also removes the gel gently without damaging your nails. I highly recommend making an appt with her!

Instruments are not sterilized and the same files for all our used. Very unsanitary. No hot towels either. Didn't even use the rest of my Groupon....
