Children can reveal an artistic temperament at a young age by spattering ice cream on white tablecloths and denying that a pacifier is a pacifier. Encourage an early brush with greatness with this Groupon.

Accomplished artist, Tracy Malmstrom - ”Ms. Tracy” to her young students - has taught art in elementary schools for several years. After a deluge of requests for private lessons, Tracy founded the award winning ArtCastle school of art in 2007. Brandon Malmstrom joined ArtCastle as a Digital Art Instructor in 2016. Brandon teaches students ages 8 and up how to create Digital Art using Photoshop, allowing children to combine their love of computers with their love for art. Gail Carlson signed on in 2011 and teaches along with Tracy and Brandon during the summer. Together, they nourish the artistic spirits of children ages 6 and older through drawing, painting, clay sculpture, digital art, and a plethora of other mediums.
As the young artists hone visual skills while painting or creating photoshop digital artwork, Tracy, Brandon, and Gail also strive to bolster their problem-solving abilities, listening skills, and confidence. In addition to after-school and home-school art sessions, the trio offers Summer art classes and camps that keep kids active on break, and Saturday workshops teach youngsters of all ages how to paint in acrylic to create beautiful large paintings on canvas.
