The galleries hail from around the globe: Kala Gallery and Print Room represents Berkeley, the Cynthia Corbett Gallery comes from London, and an array of experimental popsicle-stick art comes from local third-grade classrooms. The 2013 event will also captivate guests with creative art installations that range from Laurina Paperina’s giant pink bear from to a collection of petri dishes hand-painted by Klari Reis. Enthusiastic patrons may bid on some pieces in the event after checking out example auction pieces online. Curious art lovers can get a feel for the event by browsing photos and video from years past.
