Choose Between Two Options

After a 60-minute orientation, during which a trainer introduces you to techniques and workouts, you can choose from the following all-levels classes: Vintage Training, Century, Tabata, Mystery, ROPA, or AOS Express. Century classes use 100 reps of different exercises to hone brute power, and ROPA boosts strength and endurance with ropes, bandit loops, and your own body weight. See the full class schedule.

Art of Strength

The trainers at Art of Strength eschew newfangled machines. Instead, they employ only fitness tools that have stood the test of time: slamballs, ropes, logs, and boxes. Ropes use the weight of the human body to build strength, and the relentless swing of kettlebells works the body as a whole and torches calories. Bass thuds and happy grunts fill the studio as patrons flip truck tires or leap onto boxes. The old-school equipment forms the core of classes, which leave patrons as strong as ancient warriors or the guys who had to push ancient warriors’ strollers.
