What You'll Get
Like a prison break, a workout involves running, climbing, rowing a boat, and playing a quick game of racquetball. Break free from routine with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $49 for 10 fitness classes (a $200 value)
- $35 for a one-month gym membership (a $129 value)
After a 60-minute orientation, during which a trainer introduces you to techniques and workouts, you can choose from the following all-levels classes: Vintage Training, Century, Tabata, Mystery, ROPA, or AOS Express. Century classes use 100 reps of different exercises to hone brute power, and ROPA boosts strength and endurance with ropes, bandit loops, and your own body weight. See the class schedule.

About Art of Strength Minnesota
The trainers at Art of Strength Minnesota eschew newfangled machines. Instead, they employ only fitness tools that have stood the test of time: slamballs, ropes, logs, and boxes. Ropes use the weight of the human body to build strength, and the relentless swing of kettlebells works the body as a whole and torches calories. Bass thuds and happy grunts fill the studio as patrons flip truck tires or leap onto boxes. The old-school equipment forms the core of classes, which leave patrons as strong as ancient warriors or the guys who had to push ancient warriors’ strollers.
