Two artists can decorate up to three pieces each in the ceramics-painting workshop. There are more than 70 nontoxic colours to choose from, and staffers coat finished pieces in a clear glaze, which makes them food-safe, and then fire them in the kiln. During the glass-fusing workshop, guests work with expert instructors to create one project, such as a dish, pendant, or suncatcher. The cost of one project ranges from $25 to $75, with materials and one firing included.

About Artopia Studios Inc
Artopia Studios Inc democratically provides workspace for artists of all ages to experiment in a variety of mediums. Acclaimed wildlife artist Colin Dubreuil presides over five weekly classes that aim to help students render wildcats, frogs, and birds of prey as they really are instead of idealizing them with stiff top hats. Adults can also get in on glass-bead-making workshops, and handprint- and template-based clay-sculpting projects cater to sprouting craftspeople. Family-friendly ceramic painting can be done by all ages under expert guidance with pretraced patterns or entirely from scratch. Studio space for more than 60 individuals also makes Artopia an excellent venue for children’s birthdays, bridal showers, and makeover parties. Kids channel even more creativity through Atropia Studios' newest programs, which include pottery wheel and t-shirt parties.
