Artstitution is not an ordinary arts center where visitors can just paint, draw, and design jewelry. It goes above and beyond that attitude, by combining creative pursuits with a balancing influence of exercise and personal development workshops. There's something for every age, from kids to adults.

Their Souls Compass workshops, for example, help participants discover their style of communication and release tension from the body through dance. The 60-minute Cartwheels and Creating classes, on the other hand, are aimed at kids ages 2–5 and feature two distinct parts. First, kids get a chance to let their energy out during interactive games and movement exercises. Then, they flex their creative muscles during themed art projects, that use various media.
