The quality of the photos are good but communication is not the best. After numerous phone call and email that went unanswered, I finally received my prints over a month after I had placed the order.

Just received my canvas today and it is just as expected..professional and beautiful. I would recommend them, however, I got shipment notification December 28th and didn’t receive it until January 7th. The shipping cost was $20 so was expecting it in a few days. I know weather has a lot to do with it but would’ve like to been informed of the arrival date. Thankfully this was not a gift.

Use light coloured pictures as the printing process makes them darker.

Great experience overall - my picture was too large and customer service took care of it all quickly and professionally. I ordered Monday and received my canvas by Friday! Very happy with final product!!
