This salon is clean and bright. A bit smaller since this is a privately owned small business. I received a moisturizing facial. They had me complete a one page, only 1-sided, questionnaire about my skin sensitivity, potential allergies, and current skin care regiment. They were thorough without being invasive. The room for the facial was a small room just off the main room. I was there at 4:30 in the afternoon and it appeared I was the last appointment for the day. There was no one else there at the time, so it was quiet and relaxing. I don't know if the room would be noisy if it was during a busier time.
Their location is just off of I-405, and at the base of an apartment building. There is some signage, but their parking garage is identified by a sign on the sidewalk.
Speaking of parking: Their parking is located in a cramped garage, with only a few stalls specifically for the spa during its business hours. The spaces are so narrow, I could barely squeeze out of my car. The cement columns invade so much of the parking stalls, the paint was scraped off of my side mirror on the driver's side while trying to give myself (barely) enough room to get out of my vehicle. My car is less than 1 year old, and I drive a compact car. I am greatly annoyed by their parking situation.
However, the parking garage aside, it did not diminish the quality of the spa service itself. Glad the Groupon was only $5.00 for the facial, because now I have to save up money to repair the paint on my brand new car.
