Super friendly, professional, cooperative, and truly understood what I was looking for! And, Her Salon is gorgeous, stylish and conventionally located in Encino center near Laemmle movie theaters w plenty of free parking! SHE IS WINDERFUL!

Really nice. I missed my first appointment and was late when I went because was getting my car serviced and it took longer than expected and she was still very sweet and respectful.
I explained the kind of haircut I want and let her do her thing and she did a good job.
