Had a blast attempting to do the pole, out of shape old woman here but instructor was very encouraging and of there classmates were fun and funny! Enjoyed myself and am motivated to go back and beat that pole yet!!

Expert, clear instruction. Light hearted and free flowing. Everyone could do the class at their own pace. At first I was worried about my age and some awkwardness. She makes you feel comfortable right away! I’m looking forward to my next class!

I walked into the studio a bit nervous and very unsure of myself. I left feeling confident, energized, and wanting to come back as soon as possible! Kate was very welcoming, is a great instructor, and so encouraging. Highly recommend!
