Asiago's Restaurant & Wine Bar

Every day, Asiago's Restaurant & Wine Bar's kitchen staff crafts fettuccine, gnocchi, and linguine in-house to form the basis of their Old World–inspired pasta dishes. These dishes share menu real estate with made-to-order entrees spotlighting flavorful italian cheeses, fresh herbs, and succulent cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood. The chefs also strive to accommodate special diets, removing their food of everything from carbs and gluten to the color orange.

Old World inspiration infuses the restaurant’s decor as well. Early 20th century posters hang on the dining room’s exposed-brick walls, and Italian tile floors glisten beneath an aged plaster mural of the iconic boot-shaped geography of Italy.

Customer Reviews

I took my daughter and her husband to dinner last night at Asiago's. First time there for all of us. We had a wonderful experience. Carson was our server and he patiently explained different dishes and offered great options from their extensive menu. Two of us ordered the split pea soup of the day, which is the best split pea soup I've ever had (including my own!) I ordered the sillano, with gluten-free pasta and vegies in a cream sauce and an additional sausage that was phenomenal. My daughter ordered a shrimp/pasta dish and my son-in-law got the glorioso, a shell pasta dish. Fresh baked bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh grated parmesan was provided for dipping. Of course, we all tasted each other's choices, and decided we loved them all but were happy with our own choices. I suppose that just confirms you are the best person to have your dinner just as you choose! HIGHLY recommend this place, and we WILL be back.

Great food, attentive service, cozy atmosphere. Love the warm bread, which is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My husband enjoyed his chicken and fresh pasta dish, and I enjoyed nibbling on a flavorful antipasto platter while appreciating a delicious glass of red wine. This restaurant is indeed a treasure in our Treasure Valkey.
