Q:

Hello, My tattoo is pretty hard to measure, it's a weird scattered shape, but i'm pretty sure it's under 7 sq.inches. Am I in trouble if you measure it differently and determine it's a few millimeters above that size? What happens in a case like that? Just trying to be sure before I purchase it. Thank you very much for your time.

Hi, Egle! I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question! I would suggest contacting Asta Center for Cosmetic and Laser Skin Care directly at (510) 315-7196 for more information.

Hi, you can take a picture of your tattoo and put a ruler next to it, then send it to us by email at astacenter@yahoo.com, we will decide it for you. Thank you.

Q:

Hi. I was wondering what the expiration date is...when do you have to finish your sessions by. Thanks!

Ariana k.  asked on  Aug 24, 2012

A:

The deal expires in 1 year. You must start your 1st treatment before it expires. Once you have started the treatments, the rest of the treatments does not have expiration dates.

Q:

What kind of laser do you use for the treatment? Will this scar??

Sharon W.  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

We use the Accolade Laser for the tattoo removal treatment. If the skin is orginally scarred by the tatoo application needle, the scar will remain even if all the pigment is removed. The possibility of scarring after treatments varies on the person. Mainly for those who are very sensitive to heat may have a chance to scarring, otherwise scarring is unlikely.

Q:

Hi, How far apart are the 6 sessions supposed to be? Would 6 sessions be enough to completely remove a tattoo or is likely that I would need to purchase additional sessions afterwards? How long does each session take, if I have ~3inch diameter tattoo? Thank you.

Egle S.  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

Hi, we suggest 6-8 weeks in between treatments. Depending on how your tattoo is inked, such as color or how deep the ink is, treatments needs may vary. For a 3" tattoo, I suggest purchasing the 7" (assuming the tattoo is within 3" x 4"), the treatment will take about 35-45 minutes.

Q:

Hi there, I have a small tattoo on my back that is 2" by a little less than 1". It is the old English letter "J" in black ink. I wasn't sure if I have to buy the 7" package, or if I can buy the 1" package for this tattoo. Thank you! Charleen

Charleen C.  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

Hi, because your tattoo is over 1", you will need to purchase the 7" package.

Q:

What if I need a larger area of tattoo removed when I have already purchased the $99 deal? Will you offer the same deal at the time of appt.??

Eva A.  asked on  Aug 23, 2012

A:

We are sorry that we are unable to change your package of the $99 deal for a larger area of tattoo. We suggest that you return your deal by calling groupon and purchase other packages, such as the 7" deal, that does fit your dimensions of the tattoo.
