Taste of India
Taste of India takes folks on a whistle stop tour of the subcontinent. The restaurant specializes in Northern and Southern Indian fare made with imported spices and served in curries and charcoal-fired clay ovens. With white tablecloths, floor-to-ceiling sashed windows, and cedar throughout, the restaurant cuts a fine dining profile. The rose bouquets on the tables back further add to the ambiance, and set the stage for classic seafood, chicken, and lamb entrees. Entrees like chicken vindaloo and goat biryani come with basmati rice, while tandoori dishes such as lamb spiced with cumin and cilantro slow-cook in traditional charcoal ovens. Taste of India prepares each dish with diners' spice requests in mind, from low to hot, and offers sweet or salted yogurt drinks for spice-lovers to cool the fires in their mouths.
