Q:

Very interested in this, and was thinking of signing up for the $39 package, but I live a little ways away. I know you answered the question about scheduling, but I'm curious about availability on weekends or evenings. Are there usually classes around 6:30 or 7pm? Do you run these on weekends? I know sometimes these deals don't work on weekends.

Thank you for writing, Sean. After you redeem your Groupon, one of the merchant's staff members will set up your class schedule for the month of training and answer any questions you might have, including ones about scheduling. If you are unable to make the allotted times, the merchant will work with you to get you into a class that more fits your schedule. I hope this helps!

Q:

The deal for $39 include one small group training session per week. Are these by appointment? or are they scheduled. Do you need to bring a group of people ? Please explain more, and if they need to be scheduled and you cant accommodate scheduling would they roll over. Do you get a total of 4 in a month. ?? Thank you

A:

All of our training sessions require scheduling. We will assist you with that. Our bootcamp times are set classes that you must schedule yourself for because we have limited class sizes. The small group training is much more flexible and we offer those sessions both in the morning and evening. Depending on the package you purchase is how many sessions a week you get. The classes do not roll over from week to week. Our program is one which consistancy is needed. We will be very commited to your reaching your goals and we want you to be commited in yourself to reach them as well. We are extremely flexible with scheduling but by not allowing roll over helps maintain accountability to attend sessions.

A:

The class is challenging. But, we have designed our program that we can have all different activity levels participate. The benefit of this package is the small group training that will give you a presonalized training session and much more interaction with a coach to help you along with reaching your goals.
