Q:

Do you have to sign up for a class ahead of time? How much in advance can you sign up? How many people in a class generally? What types of exercises do you do in class?

A:

You have to sign up for class ahead of time. You can do so online up to 90 minutes before class. But, if you can't get to a computer or aren't sure you can call us at anytime before class and if there is room we will get you in. We keep class size to under 15. But, we are opening a new bootcamp room this month and will increase class size to 20. We do a wide variety of exercises in class. The workout is total body strength training and conditioning. It is balanced to hit every body part effectively. You will not have the same class twice in a month. We change the workouts up daily.

Q:

i was thinking of buying the groupon and was wondering how it works. can i select which class i want to attend? can it be a different time each day? if i can't do 3 one week could i do 4 classes the next week? thank you

Laura C.  asked on  Sep 16, 2013

A:

Thanks for your question about our groupon. You can select which classes to attend and they can be different times. We have 26 class times Monday through Saturday you can choose from. Unfortunately with our groupon offer if you miss a class one week it can not be made up. This is because of the numbers we see anytime we do a deal like this. But, with membership at our facility if you miss a class we do everything we can to allow you to make it up.
