I ordered “roll-on” and got a stick. It goes on sticky and gooey...makes my clothes uncomfortable. It helps my pain but too messy

I was supposed to receive 1 Pro Glide Massage stick 300 MG CBD and Three bottles of CBD Prostick Muscle & Joint Pain Cream. I received the three sticks and was contacted the Pro Glide Massage Stick was out of stock and that one would be shipped in early January. I have not received it.
