Q:

About what time should we be at the Garden Lights for the lights to be on?

Donita N.  asked on  Nov 16, 2011

A:

The Garden opens at 5pm nightly for the event and the lights will be on at that time. We strongly encourage people to come early (like between 5-6pm) to hopefulyl avoid long lines. The show runs nightly between 5-10pm.

Q:

My friend and I purchased tickets together to save money. My question is: do we have to go on the same night or can we go at different times?

Karen L.  asked on  Nov 15, 2011

A:

You must come together on the same Groupon ticket on the same night. It's only one barcode and it can't be scanned twice.

Q:

Ok, this may sound like a stupid question but I just like to make sure....The deal for 2 is $18. So, if I want to go with my boyfriend I only need to purchase 1 deal for 2 @ $18 for both of us to get in, correct? The $18 covers 2 tickets? Thanks.

Lisa P.  asked on  Nov 15, 2011

A:

You are correct (and no question is stupid, we're happy to answer!)

Q:

Hi Thank you are your helpful answers. My question has to do with the statement that Admission is non transferable. Can you briefly explain this? I want to purchase one, possibly two of these as gifts and want to make sure I completely the process correctly. Thanks!

Jessica W.  asked on  Nov 14, 2011

A:

Sorry for my delayed response, we're busy testing lights all over the garden! Don't worry about the non-transferable language. You are welcome to give the offer to someone as a gift. It just has to be used betwen 11/19 and 12/9.

Q:

Is it possible to reserve a date between11/19&12/9? with my groupon? I want to come on a specific date, and ideally, around 7 or 8 PM. How can i do this? Is it like this : a line will form at the kiosk, and starting at 5 pm, a certain number will be allowed in. As guests leave after seeing the gardens light show, are more guests allowed entry, up until 10 PM?

Susan r.  asked on  Nov 14, 2011

A:

Hi Susan. We do not offer the opportunity to make reservations with the Groupon. You're Groupon is good on any night between 11/19 and 12/9 from 5-10pm. If you come on a Fri - Sun between 7-8pm there's a strong possbility you'll see long lines as those we anticipate to be peak times (that would include the day and weekend of Thanksgiving as so many are home for the holidays). And we'd implore you not to come on Dec 9th as we most people will try and use their Groupon that last night and we coudl be overwhelmed. I'd suggest coming prior to that final date as much as you could.

Q:

Can you purchase a ticket for one person?

SANDRA T.  asked on  Nov 14, 2011

A:

Not through Groupon as the offer is for two people. But you may use the Groupon for one person if you'd like too, but it'll cost the same as one regular entry. Maybe bring a friend?

Laurie G.  asked on  Nov 13, 2011

Your one year old is no charge as children two and under are free. Your three year old does need a ticket and they are available to buy on-site or online.
