Q:

Is there a way to make a reservation with the groupon for a particular night without physically going to the garden (maybe online?) to make said reservation? I would prefer not to have to make 2 trips or come really early to make sure it doesn't sell out and make the trip for nothing. Thanks.

Jordan R.  asked on  Oct 22, 2012

A:

No, you must visit the Garden to redeem your Groupon in person and select the eveing you wish to attend. You can always call the 855.GLHN.TIX line to check on ticket availability before you visit. Once redeemed your tickets are only valid for that evening. Public sales on-site start Nov 6.

Q:

If we purchase this ticket on Groupon why does that not guarentee us a ticket? So basically we buy this on Groupon drive all the way to Atlanta (Which is almost a 2 hour drive for me) And possibly get turned around? That's not right.

Andrew W.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

There are 17 eligible Groupon evenings which offers plenty of opportunities for all Groupon holders to enjoy the show; however, there are a limited number of tickets available each evening for all visitors, so we encourage people to get tickets early. We also strongly recommend to all Groupon users to not wait until the last few eligible nights to use their Groupon.

Q:

How do we exchange the vouchers for tickets and get infant/toddler passes from the ticket counter on a Monday ("The Garden’s ticket office is open 9am-5pm Tuesday-Sunday")? I'd have to take off work during the day to go redeem the voucher and then come back later to actually use it?

A:

You do need to come any day the Garden is open to redeem your Groupon- whether or not that is the same day you will use it. The box office will open at 5pm on Mondays. We will be open Monday, 12.17, during the day. The box office can issue infant/toddler tickets.
