Each one-hour Adult Strength and Conditioning session begins with an invigorating series of static stretches and dynamic warm-ups to facilitate blood flow and decrease the risk of injury. Once participants are well primed, they proceed through a boot-camp-style circuit training that integrates energetic aerobic movement with power-based exertion—not only to increase strength but also to develop the mettle needed to stare down disobedient pet rocks.

The Varsity Prep classes incorporate linear and lateral movements to improve strength and conditioning techniques in students between the ages of 13–18. Each 90-minute session includes strength and power development methods designed to challenge the body and to develop proper form and joint stabilization. With in-season training, students can continue their coordination and flexibility conditioning to increase performance and reduce the risk of injury during athletic events or autograph-signing contests.
