Adriana Ellis believes life should be joyful. Like many of her fellow holistic clinicians, she also sees a clear link between physical issues, such as excess weight, and emotional ones. After climbing out of a rut herself, which she says involved losing weight and becoming more present in her daily life, Adriana set out to help others find their bliss. After years of training, she is now certified in a variety of physical and energetic healing disciplines, which she offers at Attuned Wholistic Services. Her certifications include energy balancing, meditation, and nutrition, and she's also a certified weight coach, life coach, hypnotist, and Reiki Master.
