I thought there would be a meeting with someone to discuss the program and provide me with the required materials, not simply emailed a pdf that I had to print off It should be clear in the ad that that's all this is

I was not aware this was self study and review of a 200 page document. If I was better aware of this I would not have purchased the detox program. Not nice to hear that it was way too much of a discount to have the one on one services, even though it says to book an appointment. There is no appointment to book. Disappointing
