Liberty is an absolute gem, and hands down the BEST in the business! She’s very knowledgeable and precise with her artwork. I had mucosal eyeliner done and she did an amazing job. So happy I found her! I’ll definitely be going back for brows and upper eyeliner, as well as some other services she provides like PRP. You won’t find a better technician!
