We have more than 10 years of experience in our office. We started small and will make it to the top. We are family-friendly, professional, and about business. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Doing taxes is considered seasonal flu. We felt that working under other companies will not work [because of] splitting the profits of my work and not being able to offer that family feel. We decided to venture out and create a new [company] therefore giving birth to Audra's Tax Center, which is soon to be the your go-to tax preparers.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new customers, being able to help them in their worst [situations], and creating friendships that will last. Loyalty is a priority, and we strive to make your visit peaceful, comfortable, quick, and easy, leaving you with peace of mind and a smile on your face because your money is on the way.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
All feedback is the best feedback. Helping customers start off new at the beginning of each year, whether it be in a new home, a new car, or even a new swag, feeling accomplished and confident in making each year better.
