  1. The Tech will troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost.
  2. The Tech will fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. Remove viruses, spyware, and malware if present
  3. The Tech will remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.
  4. Install supplied antivirus and antispyware software
  5. Finally the Tech will test your computer to make sure everything is working properly.

Do not purchases this is fraudulent as far as I’m concerned. I set up an appointment. They never showed up. When I called to ask why they didn’t show up for the second time they said that the tech put down that he did show up .They never answered the phone after that situation. I reached out to Groupon and I have still not gotten a refund after 14 days.

Would give this merchant a zero if I could. Scheduled an appointment and he used the “car accident” excuse and offered me a rescheduled date. The next appointment rolled around and the tech was a no show. This is a scam and I would not purchase from this merchant.

Do not waste your time on this merchant. After setting the appointment - the person who was assigned to complete the work did not show up keep the original appointment time using the same car accident excuse. The owner showing up to my home, unannounced and withought the proper tools to complete the job. Unfortunatly I could not get a refund or groupon credit becuase this person redeemed the voucher prior to completeing the work and lied to Groupon saying, I the customer did not have the parts availble. This company has several listings on groupon and I would have never purchsed this item if I new they were the same moving company where the appointment was also rescheduled due to the same mysterious car accident- their movers opted to take smoke breaks - inside and outside of my home. I suggest using Task Rabit if you need help moving or mounting anyting to avoid these people.
