Event Description:

While Lawrenceville is the oldest city in the Atlanta metro area, for many years it was a sleepy suburban Southern town. With the growth and development of the metro area, at the turn of the century much of historic downtown was renovated. These renovations awakened the sleeping ghosts and sparked increased reports of paranormal activity.

The Lawrenceville Ghost Tour highlights the most vivid stories of the strange and supernatural as a costumed guide leads guests on a 90-minute adventure through beautiful downtown Lawrenceville. You’ll visit the old jail, see where the corpses flew down Honest Alley and hear other chilling tales will send a shiver down your spine. This tour does not rely on bloody effects or startling patrons like a haunted house, just great stories told by the best storytellers in the region. It’s a popular tour with both children and adults.

The tour distance is approximately one mile.

This is an outdoor walking tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
